Hi I'm Lydia, a published Model & Actress from Kansas City, MO currently based in San Diego, CA. 

I was 4 when I decided I wanted to be an actress. I used to set up a "stage" in the living room and make my brothers put on shows with me for our parents. 

 

At 17 I started acting in independent short films and did my first photo shoot for a local photography studio. 

 

I have training in acting for stage & film, commercials, voice & speech, movement, dance, and stage combat; and modeling for commercial print & runway.

 

I took drama in High School, studied acting for film at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts for a Summer when I was 18, and studied theatre at Johnson County Community College for 2 years. I've also taken in-person and virtual workshops for runway, posing & photo movement, self-taping, commercial acting, and improv.

I've been cast in lead roles in original theatre in the Kansas City Fringe Festival and many independent films. I also do voice acting and promotional events. 
 

My modeling career began taking off in 2011 when I started doing runway and building my portfolio with the photographers that I met at the fashion shows.

 

My favorite style to shoot is high fashion and editorial because you can be really creative, and with a background in acting, I love getting into character for a shoot and working with the whole team to make something beautiful!
